About Haruto Narumi
Haruto Narumi trained across numerous respected French restaurants before becoming chef at Floraison in Kagurazaka in 2019, where he earned one Michelin star for three consecutive years. In December 2024 he joined La Gloire in Akasaka as executive chef, presiding over seasonal classical French cuisine in a setting designed to evoke the grandeur of the Palace of Versailles. The restaurant offers around 300 fine wines curated by dedicated sommeliers.
