Esmeralda Castrogiovanni is the head bartender of ATLAS, the Art Deco cocktail bar set inside Singapore's Parkview Square and known for its towering gin display. She brings over a decade of experience behind the bar, including a stint at Barcelona's acclaimed Sips, and her debut menu, 'Daughters of Atlas,' draws on the seven daughters of the Greek titan.
