About Carmelo Greco

Born in Sicily, raised in Piedmont. Trained at two-Michelin-star Da Guido in Costigliole d'Asti. Moved to Germany in the early 1990s. Has held a Michelin star continuously since 1996 (25+ years). Named one of five best Italian chefs in Germany by BUNTE. In 2024, elevated sous chef Benedetto Russo (born 1996, Palermo) to co-head chef.
