Aurora Mazzucchelli

Born 1973, Bologna. Grew up in parents' restaurant (Ristorante Marconi, opened 1983 by Mario Mazzucchelli and Maria Benedetto). Entered kitchen full-time in 2000 with brother Massimo. Earned Michelin star 2008. Rebranded as Casa Mazzucchelli 2021 — integrating Arte Bianca (leavened baking: bread, focaccia) into haute cuisine. Family of three siblings: Aurora (kitchen), Massimo (front of house), and Mascia.
