Artem Peruk

El Copitas was founded in 2015 by bartenders Artem Peruk, Igor Zernov, and Nikolay Kiselev, who discovered agave distillates at Bar Convent Berlin. Under the motto '#Onemonthonemillionrublesonebar', they launched with a start-up capital of one million rubles in a shabby courtyard on Kolokolnaya Street. The trio grew El Copitas into Eastern Europe's most honored cocktail team, founding a bartending school and hosting St. Petersburg Cocktail Week.
