Alejandro Chamorro

Alejandro Chamorro trained in Peru and Denmark, becoming the first Ecuadorian chef to work at Noma, before returning to Quito. Pía Salazar was named World's Best Pastry Chef 2023 and won The Best Pastry Award 2025 at The Best Chef Awards in Milan.
